What to expect

I will ask a series of questions allowing me to assess your current symptoms. I will obtain a detailed health history and where appropriate laboratory tests to help me provide optimal nutrition advice. My recommendations will work to support detoxification, enhance digestive function, balance blood sugar levels, addressing food intolerance or sensitivities, build natural immune defences and resolve hormone or neurotransmitter imbalances.

As a Nutritional Therapist I will provide an individual programme that is unique to you and your needs. My recommendations will be appropriate to fit into your life, making it realistic and achievable. Suggestions will include meal ideas, recipes, shopping lists, targeted nutritional supplements and lifestyle changes.

How it works

There is significant scientific evidence to support the use of nutrition to alleviate health problems and to help in the prevention of chronic disease. Nutritional Therapy can and is frequently used along side conventional medical treatment, either to support treatment or to alleviate some of the side effects. However it is important to remember that Nutritional Therapy is not a replacement for medical advice and I will always recommend that you consult with your GP for any serious health conditions.
